LEED Marketing Coordinator

Job Description :

The vision is for the Black Community to equitably participate in the global sneaker industry– not just as a consumer and validator, but also as a full economic benefactor.
Serving as the marketing manager’s right hand, the marketing coordinator stays informed about all workstreams of the LEED initiative, industry trends, informs insight to emerging agency partners, and , while helping implement marketing tactics, branding, and day-to-day executions. Day to day, this person may draft reports, create or coordinate content, track results, build relationships with teams, and otherwise support all marketing strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all Calendars: Social, Digital, Channel Plans, and Program status
  • Coordinate all LEED Marketing meetings with vendors & internal stakeholders
  • Create & Update all LEED marketing presentations (PowerPoint decks)
  • Manage status updates of open projects
  • Manage day to day comms with agency partners
  • Coordinate internal marketing events
  • Manage relationship with corporate comms social media distribution

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Creative thinker
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills


The annual base salary range is $24.51 per hour – $30.00 per hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
